Mikey Hirsch
Mikey is the founder and driving force behind Jack of All Drinks Ltd, bringing a rare blend of global hospitality experience, creative flair, and analytical insight to the world of drinks consultancy. His career has taken him across the world - from managing high-volume restaurants and nightclubs in Canada to opening a hotel bar in a 5-star resort in Niseko, Japan. Back home in London, Mikey has worked across every corner of the hospitality industry, including bars, restaurants, weddings, large-scale events, and business operations.
In the last five years, he moved to the other side of the bar, playing a key role in helping build Brixton Distillery from a start-up into an internationally recognised spirits brand. Throughout his career, Mikey has combined his degree-level background in mathematics and business with a deep passion for drinks development and operational excellence. His wide-ranging expertise includes cocktail menu writing, bar and operations management, events and wedding planning, distilling, sales strategy, HMRC compliance, and business planning and cashflow management - making him a true all-rounder in the drinks and hospitality space.
